JCUA Customer Service Department is Moving to Gautier

Attention JCUA Customers - the Customer Service office, which is located in Vancleave, will soon be moving.
Starting on Monday Nov. 25th, customer service will be ready to assist you with handling your bill questions, service activations, and certification forms at our new address:
815 Hwy 90, Gautier MS
This address is located on Hwy 90 across from the Dodge's Gas Station in Gautier. It is also located less than 1/2 mile from Singing River Electric's office, which should prove to be more convenient for our customers that wish to pay all of their utility bills in person. As an additional convenience, this new customer service location will have a drive-thru payment window, which was not possible for JCUA to provide at the old location due to site limitations.
As always, customers have the option to pay online through JCUA's website or can pay their bill over the phone by calling Customer Service at 228-762-0119. Thank you for your patience as we make this transition!
