JCUA System Update

On Thursday, April 3, 2025, JCUA will be implementing a system update, which will result in delays or service outages for our customer service location as well as our online account/payment systems and phone lines. The updates are scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m. and will last throughout the morning. All systems are expected to be back up and running in the afternoon.
